Item looks new and unused. I did test the Receivers and the transmitter and all are working. Microphone and buds work as well. Case comes with t h a key to secure. Hard Case is in great shape. Only flaw is a small dent in one side of the case (see pictures) no batteries included. Comes with a clip on and also a headband Microphone. This is a great deal. Normally a 10 Receiver bundle will cost around 300 here you are getting 20 Receivers.
