Optimus Cat. No. 33-3018 (sold by Radio Shack), cardioid dynamic microphone with switch. This mic has a cardioid pickup pattern, ideal for vocals or speech since it is good at picking up sounds directly in front of it, and rejecting sounds from other directions. By reducing pickup from the sides and rear, this mic helps to avoid feedback when used in a live setting. This mic is an excellent choice for speakers, singers, karaoke, podcasts, and DJs. Impedance: 500 ohms. Frequency response: 80-14,000 Hz. With wire mesh windscreen, on-off switch, and non-slip body texture. Attached cable is 20 ft long and has a ΒΌ-inch plug at the end.
